Within the accountancy profession, as in
many others, there are many regulations needed to be adhered to
and procedures followed.
As a result of these regulations, all new
clients will be asked to produce two forms of identification consisting
of one piece from each category:
Home utility bill* (not a mobile telephone bill)
Water or Council tax bill - current year
Credit / Store card statement*
Home insurance certificate
* Document must be less than 3 months old.
It would be helpful if the appropriate documentation
could be brought with you to our first meeting. All new clients
are then provided with an engagement letter outlining matters relating
to our appointment including the services we will provide and what
we expect from you.
